As an Austrian Master Baker, Confectioner, and Barista—raised in my parents’ bakery—I bring over 30 years of international expertise and a deep passion for creativity, precision, and dough that tells a story. My career has taken me across Asia, Europe, Oceania, the Caribbean, the Middle East, and Africa, leading bakery operations that blend classic European tradition with inspired artisanal excellence. From sourdoughs to handcrafted bread masterpieces, I’ve built bakery operations from the ground up—concept development, kitchen layout, equipment selection, staffing, product creation, calculation, and full-scale launch—turning vision into thriving business.
Whether baking the world’s largest apple cake (176.5m², Guinness Book of Records, 1999) or elevating luxury dining aboard South Africa’s iconic Blue Train, I bring artistry and precision to every bake. From unique large-scale challenges to everyday loaves, every piece I shape is a tribute to craft, precision, and story. I’m actively seeking U.S.-based opportunities—whether as Head Baker, Product Development Manager, or Consultant—within innovative bakery environments that value both craftsmanship and originality.
I do not currently hold a U.S. visa, but I am fully prepared to initiate the application process if sponsorship is available.
