Hello! We are looking for an experienced Production Baker to join our core team here in sunny San Luis Obispo located on the central coast of California. You should have experience in the following production bakery areas: lamination, sourdough bread, baguettes, using a deck oven, scones, cookies, local produce. This position will span both Bread and Pastry production at our bakery.

We have a 40" stone mill we use to mill all our California-grown whole grain flour fresh. We work with local growers and farmers for our produce needs.
