Bread Craft is an artisan bakery/café that has been a part of the Roanoke, VA community for 20 years with dedicated wholesale and retail customers.

We are hiring a full-time 3am baker who is punctual and passionate. The ideal candidate is driven by quality and consistency, with a love of efficiency.

Position includes mixing, shaping and baking yeast raised and sourdough bread. Also mixing and baking various pastries/sweets and making laminated pastries.

Compensation ranges from $18-$22/hr. includes tip sharing, free bread and pastries, shoe compensation and employee discount.
