Coincidence Cafe is a new, locally-owned bakery cafe in sunny Orlando, Florida. Our mission is to create a modern artisan bakery that celebrates bread by embracing creativity while honoring the craft. We believe great bread can be rooted in tradition and open to imagination.

We're looking for a skilled bread baker with the following qualifications:

• 2+ years of strong professional bread experience
• Experience producing sourdough and other artisan breads from scratch
• Experience producing croissants and laminated dough from scratch
• Experience scaling ingredients, loaf shaping and scoring
• Experience operating commercial baking equipment
• Collaborative, accountable, and adaptable
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Out-of-state applicants welcome
