The Bread Lead oversees the bread team’s daily production and operations, including product development, menu planning, inventory management, ordering, and wholesale account communications. This role supervises the bread team, drives innovation, and ensures efficient bakery operations while supporting a high-quality customer and product experience. The Bread Lead reports to the Head of Bakery.

The Pay:

$50,900 to $69,300 annual salary; commensurate with experience.
