We are seeking a professional, passionate, dynamic, and energetic Head Artisan Bread Baker for a new bakery opening in central New Jersey. Candidates will produce high quality artisan bread, bread products and viennoiserie for onsite retail sale. Candidates must have strong artisan technique that focuses on slow fermentation, sourdough, and preferment care, mixing, forming, sheeting and oven tending. A degree from a postsecondary training program is desirable and minimum of five years in an artisan bakery management and production facility.
