John's Island Club, a Platinum Club of the World, is seeking a Head Bread Baker to create specialty and artisan breads and other baked goods such as croissants, muffins, and rolls alongside our outstanding international team.

The Head Bread Baker is a hands-on position that will work with other bakers to produce specified breads following established recipes and methods. You will oversee our small bakery team, ensuring that all products are baked to the highest standards for quality and consistency.

Strong candidates will have advanced knowledge and skill in all aspects of bread production and administration, as demonstrated by at least 3 years of experience in a first-class resort or a large private country club.
