Pans, Pan rack, bennetons and more are also available. This lightly used gear was part of a “Man Cave” hobby bakery. The 220V, (single phase) oven bakes evenly throughout and sits on a stainless steel cabinet base. The classic Hobart mixer has what it takes to handle oven sized batches of bread and rolls.
