Albemarle Baking Company is located in the vibrant city of Charlottesville, a short drive from the Blue Ridge Mountains. For over 30 years, we have been creating exceptional breads and pastries, served to our customers with love and care! We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Baking Manager.

Successful candidates will possess a minimum of 3 years of professional baking experience, and be versed in mixing, shaping, and baking a variety of breads and rolls. You should also be skilled at mixing and elaborating croissant and danish doughs and pastries. The right applicant will possess the organization and communication skills needed to successfully oversee a team, as well as manage day-to-day operations (such as inventory, production planning) in a high-volume context.
