Beach Pea Baking Co. is looking to recruit some talented new bread bakers! BPBC is a beloved local gem in Kittery, Maine (a beautiful, vibrant seacoast community, located directly over the river from Portsmouth). We are an independent, owner-operated, artisanal bakery specializing in high quality, all natural and locally sourced ingredients.

Applicants must be team-oriented with the ability to communicate in an effective and professional manner. Individuals must also have a high attention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow as a baker. You will be trained responsible for mixing, hand-shaping, and baking our baguettes, breads, sourdoughs, rolls, pan loaves, and morning goods (muffins, scones, and croissants). Prior experience with lamination, dough fermentation, commercial production, and commercial spiral mixers is required.
