We are seeking an individual to lead and develop a talented team in the areas of baking, pastries/cakes, and savoury. The successful candidate will take Wild Flour Bakery to the next level by continuing to source from the best local suppliers, creating new menu items, improving on existing items, and establishing/solidifying systems and procedures resulting in the utmost in taste, appearance, and consistency. Our downtown, glass-fronted kitchen offers a unique opportunity to showcase hands-on, small-batch baking to guests and passers-by.
