    Otisco Bakery and Basics

I have had a small bakery for 10 years. I am at a point in my life where I can not continue. I would love to have someone who would continue to keep two employees. After my stroke These women made it possible for me to continue to follow my passion. It is now more of a struggle to continue. Would you love to try owning a bakery? Would you love to be a baker in a small down in Smyrna Michigan? I am open to ideas and options, but feel that I should step down in some way. My passion was to revive my hometown. Currently, I have a beer and wine license, a small cafe, loyal customers and employees. I have an Electrolux Combi oven. I purchased it new and it has done well for me. I am trying to figure out what will work for the options. I own the building. Feel free to contact me for more information. Check me out at Otisco Bakery. I would like to also add that my love and baking would not have been possible without the knowledge and help at King Arthur and Jeffrey Hamelman.
